Sauna with an ocean view
This is the best place on the property to slow down, close your eyes and meditate. A full glass wall frames miles of rainforest canopy rolling down to the Atlantic. Sit on warm wood, breathe in the heat and watch the light move across the forest. Birds cross the treetops below you.
The gym sits right beside it with the same view. Lift, stretch or roll out a mat with the ocean in front of you. Finish in the sauna, rinse off in the gym's full bath and dive into the pool.
Come at sunrise. You'll want to stay all morning.

Below the houses, cacao grows in the shade of the forest, mixed in with bananas, mangoes, graviola and sugarcane. This is syntropic agroforestry. We planted it to farm the land and restore the forest at the same time.
Walk the rows with us. Cut a ripe pod from the trunk and taste the sweet white pulp around the seeds. Drink mel de cacau, the pulp's juice, fresh on the day it's pressed. Chew raw cana. Pick what's ripe and bring it back to the kitchen.
Most people never see where chocolate comes from. Here it grows a short walk from your room!
