Fazenda Boa Vista is a private ocean view estate set on 26 hectares of Mata Atlântica in Ponta do Ramo. Serra Grande is eight kilometres away. The beach is twenty minutes down the road. Built in 2021 and fully furnished, the compound unfolds as a main house, five independent bungalows facing the sea, and a guest house. There are 10 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, so a family or a group can gather and still have rooms of their own.
Every space opens toward the Atlantic. Mornings start on the wooden deck around the pool. Afternoons move between the gym, the sauna, and the rainforest. A private creek runs through the sanctuary. Next to the agroforestry plantation there is a private lake with fish. Evenings settle in the social pavilion around the gourmet kitchen. Fast internet is already in place.
Serra Grande has cafés and a quiet village pace. Praia Ponta do Ramo and the coves toward Sargi are close enough for a swim before lunch. Itacaré, Ilhéus, and Parque da Serra do Conduru work as easy day trips. The estate is rented as one private stay, held between forest and ocean, with no neighbours in the frame.
